About our Chef - Gary Pressman

All that is old (and much adored) is new again at this casually elegant Tuscan-inspired Italian restaurant. Award-winning Chef Gary Pressman offers modern interpretations of authentic Italian favorites, which result in dining that is both sophisticated and comforting.

Gary Pressman’s culinary experience spans over 25 years. He has  worked over 10 years in some of the hottest restaurants in southern California; which includes Café Pacifica in San Diego and The Sky Room located in Long Beach. Gary was the sous chef at the Hotel 1829 in St. Thomas US Virgin Islands where he honed his early skills of European International Culinary expertise. Following, Gary became the chef and owner of Gary’s Little Rock Café in Ventor, New Jersey. This was his most passionate experience where he won numerous awards and acclaim for his eclectic and innovative menus. Gary currently resides in Boynton Beach Florida and is determined to provide the most exciting flavors from all his travels and experiences.
