Gary was the sous chef at the Hotel 1829 in St. Thomas US Virgin Islands where he honed his early skills of European International Culinary expertise. Following, Gary became the chef and owner of Gary’s Little Rock Café in Ventor, New Jersey. This was his most passionate experience where he won numerous awards and acclaim for his eclectic and innovative menus. Gary currently resides in Boynton Beach Florida and is determined to provide the most exciting flavors from all his travels and experiences.
